The Clover Felting Tool had five barbed needles that catch wool roving fibres and pushes them into the bottom of the fabric.The tool has a spring type action which allows the fibers to mesh with the base fabric. The wool roving fibres stay permanently without the need to use glue or sew in place. The tool comes with a clear lock cover for safety and storage.
